Your new company
A Finance Administrator is required to assist with the accounts for Community Rehabilitation Companies within an international Business Management company, based in Manchester.

Your new role
As Finance Administrator it will be your job to assist with raising and receiving purchase orders, maintaining and reconciling grant registers, reconciling the GRN and un-allocated GRN reports, raising sales orders and dealing with supplier queries. You will be responsible for ensuring petty cash reconciliations are administered and fully reconciled with the required review and approval. You will consistently maintain quality data, including general ledger coding, billing details and payment terms. Other ad-hoc duties may be required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven experience or a qualification within Finance Administration in order to be successful for this position. You will be professional with excellent communication and time management skills. You will have strong IT skills with a basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience using SAP or a similar software is desirable. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively in order to meet deadlines.
