Due to continuing business growth we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Parts Advisor to join our busy dealership in Swindon.

Parts Advisor key responsibilities:

* Answering inbound calls

* Identifying customer parts requirements

* Use of the DMS and Electronic Parts Catalogue

* Offering related parts and special offers

* Conducting outbound sales calls

* Identifying, Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment

* Contact customers offering special promotions that are available from time to time

Our ideal Parts Advisor has:

# Retail / administration / reception experience

# Good telephone manner

# Excellent customer service skills

# Experience with a main dealer or motor parts factor

# Knowledge and experience of car parts and enjoy building relationships with customers

# A desire to grow sales with new and existing customers

# Good organisational and administrative skills

# High standards of housekeeping

# Accurate record keeping

# Effective liaison with other departments to ensure customer requirements are adhered to

# Excellent timekeeping and communication skills

# Good understanding of Health & Safety

Are Client is looking for someone with a "can do" attitude and a flexible approach who can also help run the workshop counter at Swindon and support the technicians during busy times or holidays. This person may also be required to assist in the warehouse on occasion, ensuring it remains well stocked and efficiently run.
