Leading provider of retail and financial services is recruiting a Head of Marketing Operations to lead and change the way the marketing function operates.
As Head of Marketing Operations and reporting to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and management of external agencies, you will ensure the continuous improvement and effectiveness of marketing operations.
With accountability for cross-business marketing planning, operations and performance evaluation, budgetary control and oversight and for the relationship management of agency partners, you will ensure the Marketing and Digital Senior Leadership Team creates excellent work efficiently and delivers effective return on investment.
As Head of Marketing Operations your skills and experience will include:
- Experienced marketing professional with track record of working through agencies to deliver
- Track record in marketing planning and performance
- Skilled and credible influencer, with knowledge of working in a matrix structure
- Skilled in managing internal and external relationships.
- Good negotiator
On offer is a basic c80k-100k + bonus + package.
