My Client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their 2 neighbouring services in the Goole Area currently totalling 7 beds for clients with learning disabilities and autism

The post of Registered Manager is with a privately owned care provider that owns a number of small services with plans to extend the business in the near future.

Applicants will need to be experienced in managing services for people with Autistic Spectrum conditions, Learning Difficulties and with people who challenge a more traditional services.

You will need to be motivated and forward thinking in your approach to the role.

You will be managing approximately 20+ staff along with a full time Admin support.

As well as being responsible for the day to day running of the services you will also be involved in promoting the provision, managing new referrals, working to budgets and able to work to & deliver to CQC standards.

You will be expected to carry out on call duties and possess a minimum of a QCF level 3 in Social Care and have experience and a proven track record of managing services.

A driving licence is essential for this post

Salary £28,000 to £32,000 plus bonus scheme.
