An exciting opportunity has arisen for both a strategic and hands on Brand Manager to join this household brand name on its journey. Working closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and implement the brand and marketing plans across all channels.

Responsible for end user customer experience, including understanding customer needs and managing their full journey brand experience utilising your market research skills. This role will also line manage 2 of the team.

The role:
·Assist in development of brand and marketing plans
·Understand the customer journey utilising market research and consumer insight
·Manage printed material briefing inhouse graphics team
·Manage budgets for all projects and manage external agencies
·Plan and cost launch activities for new product and brand launches for relevant sales channels
·Create presentations for sales team

Skills required:

·3 years demonstrable marketing & brand experience both digital and offline
·Experience with Google Analytics & CRM
·Budget management experience
·Line management experience desired
