Operations Manager. Trampoline Park. £20K. Ipswich

A rapidly expanding provider of Trampoline Parks is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead their Children’s Soft Play operation at a brand new site in Ipswich. Offering a range of events suitable for toddlers through to adults, including Birthday parties, Stag and Hen Dos, and Corporate events, this organisation have created an innovative way of combining exercise with fun for all.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Monitors and covering very aspect of the soft play are of the Trampoline Park. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong management skills and tenacious attitude to compliance with safety procedures. Ensuring all visitors are safe, all Monitors are fully conversant, and enforcing all procedures at all times. The Operations Manager is also responsible for the fun aspect of the park, engaging with the hosts to maintain this culture.

Key Attributes and Qualifications include:

  • Previous experience, and an enthusiasm for working with, children and young people
  • Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with strong communication
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • An ability to work evenings/weekends
  • Proven management skills

For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a brand new site of an expanding Trampoline Park organisation. Basic salary is £18-20K depending upon experience.
