We have an exciting role for an Assistant Manager to join the Saltarie Bar and Eatery located in Leeds Bradford Airport we are looking to expand the bar therefore looking for a extra member of the team. If you like the hustle and bustle of a airport then come and join us! As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in managing and motivating a large team of approx 75 staff strong leadership is needed.
You will have every aspect of managing the P&L and driving sales forward, so we're looking for a driven individual who wants to further their career, and will be committed to the success of the unit with that eye for detail. Please note that The Saltarie Bar and Eatery trades from 4am to 10pm, has 200 plus covers at the moment. Life at the airport is 24/7 so flexibility to work varying shifts, including earlies, lates and weekends, should be considered when applying.
To be successful in this role, you will need: - previous management experience in a high-volume, sales/target-driven food led bar/pub environments - experience of managing and motivating a team to drive sales and deliver excellent high levels of customer service - experience of managing profit and loss so sound commercial and financial acumen with effective business management skills. - Managing branded be knowledgeable of the standards and structured processes required working within brand standards, with a good audit history. Please also note all successful candidates are required to provide a full 5-year reference history and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security regulations
