To be considered for this role you will need a desire to produce food of outstanding quality. You should be able to demonstrate a passion to succeed as an innovative Commis Chef.
The award-winning restaurant is in the heart of rural South Norfolk. The client wishes to recruit a Commis Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen joining a friendly kitchen team of four. All the food is freshly prepared on site and the frequently changing menu utilises the freshest of ingredients.
As Comis Chef at this fresh, vibrate, busy fresh food establishment you will work closely with the Head Chef to drive this business forward. You will be expected to be involved in stock control, hygiene due diligence and general kitchen duties. The successful Comison Chef must have previous experience of working in a kitchen-based role and the CV must show this.
