A leading Insurance company is looking for an experienced Locum Branch Manager to primarily cover the South Wales offices and occasionally further afield.

The purpose of the role is to provide service continuity, effective management and development of staff and clients in the event of the unexpected departure or absence of the manager. You will need to aid in the development of the local market and grow effective relationships with target customers.

It will be your responsibility to ensure offices under your management are achieving the levels of service expected and targets are being met. You will need to identify potential challenges and opportunities and introduce plans for improvement and monitor progress. In addition you will also need to support all members of staff and coach and train any new starters that join the business.

The salary is competitive and benefits include company car, phone, laptop and healthcare. There is the requirement to travel and overnight stays throughout Wales. We are looking for graduate level candidates, who have experience in face to face sales and people management. Previous experience within an insurance environment is essential.
