  • The Role:
  • My blue-chip financial services client with a substantial European presence is now looking to appoint an Operations Manager for their South Wales office. The successful individual will have extensive people management and operations experience within a large business from either the financial services, banking or utilities sectors.
  • The role reports to the Head of Operations and will provide key overall leadership and direction for a team of c35FTE's.   • Staff management, leadership, training, performance management and supervision of teams
  • Managing and delivering contracted services
  • Managing and evaluating systems and processes to imrove service delivery and cost control
  • Detailed report writing
  • Managing transformation projects
  • Managing department budget

  • Experience of managing operations teams within a regulated environment
