Central Employment are seeking a proven Business Development Manager on behalf of a global manufacturer and distributer of luxury products and industrial solutions. They require a 360 new business sales consultant to join their Newcastle commercial team, operating across the North East and Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships
  • Dealing with existing accounts and bringing through new ones
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Provide General Managers with feedback
  • Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
  • Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

Skills and Interests:

  • Understanding the market and competitor’s products

Essential Experience:

A minimum 2 years Sales Experience working with Architects and Interior Design Companies required. Another key aspect of this role is a strong understanding of the construction markets.

A UK driving licence is also required due to travel.
