Your new company
You will be working for a successful facilities company that is based in Warrington and is described by it's employees as being a great working environment. They are currently looking for someone to join their finance team as their current Purchase Ledger Clerk is due to retire next month.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the coding and inputting of purchase invoices onto SAGE, setting up new suppliers including sending out relevant forms to new contractors, dealing with suppliers regarding payments, preparing payments for BACs run, reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis and filing invoices once cleared for payment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have relevant experience within a purchase ledger position as well as good knowledge and experience using SAGE. You must be a proactive worker and be a positive, upbeat character.
