The core purpose is to proactively and effectively manage several small and potentially higher more profiled accounts to ensure service excellence is being adhered too, SLA terms are meet and exceeded and to grow potential revenue within each account you manage.

You must be an excellent relationship manager as your client base will be a mixture of both public and private sectors.

Main Duties:

Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close account management which will include regular face to face meetings, these could be anywhere within the UK although are primarily based within the Central and Southern region.

Upsell and cross-sell opportunities from your accounts and produce any necessary proposal or supporting information

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that a client may be experiencing in a timely manner

Attend industry events and exhibitions when required.

Genuine base salary of £28000 - £36000 dependant on experience and bonus.
