Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses by phone
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade employers to use the apprenticeship solutions various clients.
  • Generate sales leads through cold-calling activity
  • Data entry and maintenance of customer database
  • Work to achieve individual outbound call to sales conversion targets, to be agreed with the partners
  • Work as part of a small team to achieve the individual and team targets.

Key Skills

  • PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable creating and delivering to people of all levels
  • Confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Well organised and used to managing time
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods

LOCATION: Northampton

SALARY: Basic Salary is £18,000 and per annum based on 37.5 hours per week. Mon - Fri.

COMMISSION: There is a generous commission available - OTE £8,000 per annum (uncapped)
