ACCOUNT DIRECTOR M&E - LONDON up to 80k +6k car allowance + executive benefits

A unique opportunity has arisen to join one of the FM leaders in M&E & Energy. Trophy building, corporate client.

My client requires a technically competent and intellectually capable person to operate services safely and at the lowest possible cost without compromising the quality of service provision, Customer reputation and branding, or increase risk (in both compliance and operations). A strong credible people manager who leads from the front.
To achieve this outcome, embedded within the organisation, beyond day to day transactional management the following key characteristics will need to be in place.

To be a trusted advisor & leader in all matters related to FM Services (M&E and Fabric) provision by:

o Focussing on the wellbeing of Customer
o Operate in an open, transparent and direct manner with absolute integrity
o The ability to operate, converse and interface at board level.
o Anticipate the needs of the customer owner, safeguard their interests and always ensure has the material and input necessary to liaise with the customer user
o To be considered as a core member of the customer management team
o To ensure that all operations are focussed at the best interests of customer and that the team operate in that manner
o To ensure cost effectiveness

Technical positioning:

o Ensure the availability of qualitative Management Information, appropriately interpreted and used proactively in influencing transactional management and service delivery.

o Trusted support to the customer owner and team, providing guidance insofar as:

Maintenance strategy
Environmental and energy

All matters related to being responsible in business (within the confines of the scope); social responsibility being a keen focus of customer

o To design and implement a maintenance strategy (keeping this relevant modern and current) that will achieve the outcome and embraces technology improvements, best market practices and methodologies.

o To seek to improve the maturity of the service provision and by doing so improves the productivity and efficiency of the service provided.
