Business Development Executive
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to join a business that is continually growing working as a Business Development Executive in London, Battersea.
My client has been running for 4 years and is currently the number 1 military recruitment site in EMEA. They have over 250,000 ex military CVs, (the company with the next largest is at 10,000 CVs) and over 65,000 companies in their portfolio with both HR and Director's details. With the platform gaining governmental backing, hundreds of relationships have already been fostered and are awaiting the anticipated launch of MRHQ in order to revolutionise the currently fragmented military resettlement space.
Duties that are involved in the role include:
- Call prospective clients, training providers, charities, institutions, magazines, sponsorship opportunities and introduce the new platform
Due to details of over 65,000 clients, just require you to call through the list. No administration necessary
Field sales where/if necessary
Walking leads through the platform via screen share or in person, utilising a demo account
Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and retention
The ideal candidate must have the following profile:
- Proven sales experience with outstanding figures

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work
Client focused with excellent communication skills
Competitive with the ability to lead
Accurate with strong attention to detail
This is a permanent role based in Battersea working for a new Start-Up that's going live in July. They are building a sales team from scratch which means if you have what it takes, as the company grows, you'll be catapulted into Management/Directorship quicker than you could possibly imagine.
Salary is dependant on experience, paying between £25,000 / £35,000 with the opportunity to earn commission on top of that.
