An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Bureau Supervisor to join an established practice based in Central Oxford. The Payroll Supervisor will report to the Partner, and will be responsible for a medium sized portfolio of client payrolls, varying in size. 

The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for the following: 

Completion of monthly payroll administration for a number of clients, with a number of annual payroll schemes
Advising clients on net pay and payments to HMRC, some on a quarterly basis
Completing of P11ds for a number of clients
Uploading payroll information regarding Auto-Enrolment as required
Attending training to keep up to date knowledge of legislation
Preparation of client invoices, quarterly, annually and on an ad-hoc basis
Producing payroll reports for management review

To be considered for this position, you will have considerable Payroll experience, ideally within a practice environment, with responsibility for a number of clients within your own portfolio. 

Experience and knowledge of current RTI & Pension Auto-Enrolment legislation will be a distinct advantage.

Experience in Sage Payroll is essential.

Candidates who have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and are able to work well under pressure, to meet various deadlines, will be of great interest. 

This organisation will consider both full and part-time candidates, with at least 30 hours worked per week, with a degree of flexibility.
