Chef De Partie
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate chef who is wanting to learn and progress within the industry.
This is a small but busy kitchen, catering for hotel guests along with charity functions, weddings and a local cafe and a market stall.
This role offers the opportunity to get creative with fresh local ingredients working to Rosette level.
Working 5 days out of 7, with no splits.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes.
- A real passion for food and complimentary flavours
- 1 years experience running a section
- An excellent work ethic - this is a great opportunity to learn and grow with the role. As its a small team everyone pulls together and helps each other
- Creative flare - Menu's are changed 3 times a year, however dishes are amended regularly to keep menus fresh and innovative
In return the company offers training and support on butchery, knife skills and rosette standard cooking. There is a lot of room to progress with this role and grow within the team.
Hours are normally 6am - finish or 11am - finish. Days are normally 2 consecutive days off a week.
