Senior Property Manager
£35,000 - £38,000

An expanding local commercial property firm are expanding their team due to the rise in business demands and are looking for an experience individual to manage all aspects of Property Management.


*Undertaking property inspections; monitoring tenant compliance; dealing with applications for consent, and ensuring both Landlords and Tenant obligations are met.
*Undertake procurement, competitive quotations and tendering of service & supply contracts, together with placement, supervision & management of the contracts.
*Establishing all procedures for existing and new clients, and properties, for the estates, facilities management and accounting systems.
*Identify and deal with repairs and maintenance issues, and processing insurance claims, through to approval of invoices.
*Monitor and advising upon capital, and service charge expenditure, together with planned preventative maintenance procedures.
*Monitor and ensure statutory compliance of properties, tenants and vacant properties
*Dealing with complex Landlord and Tenant property issues.
*Monitor credit control, supervising and preparing service charge budgets for complex properties, and monitoring production of service charge reconciliations, and assisting in the monitoring of financial compliance.
*Arranging and coordinating both tenant, and Management Company meetings.
*Identifying and reporting upon opportunities for asset maximisation.
*Identify new clients, and generate additional income for the firm.

Ideal candidate:
*Experience within Commercial Property
*Qualified in commercial property management
*Knowledge and training in Health and Safety
*Familiarity and experience in all property types within the portfolio, including commercial and residential property, both single let and multi occupied.
*Desire to work within a small team in an expanding local business
