Accounts Team Leader
A growing distribution company in Wallingford are looking for an Accounts Team Leader to join their team.
Your new company
Based in Wallingford, a rapidly growing distribution company are looking to add to their accounts team by recruiting an accounts assistant to join the team. The company distribute nationwide, and are well established within the marketplace. They have now grown to over 60 employees and are looking to promote from within.
Your new role
Based in the accounts team, the Accounts Team Leader role will be required to lead and manage two accounts assistants within the accounts department. You will also be required to get involved with the Sales ledger, Purchase ledger and Bank reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
Too be successful in the role, you will need to have experience in a leadership role within a accounts function. You will need to be capable to manage staff, as well as "mucking in" with the day to day running of the accounts function. Experience with Sage 200 and Microsoft Excel is also required.
What you'll get in return
On top of your basic salary, which will be between £25,000 - £27,000 depending on your experience, you will receive annual leave and a competitive pension scheme.
