Marketing Manager Perm Job in Southampton. £35-38K + graded bonus
Your new company
Your new company are a very well established construction organisation that have built up their reputation over the years through the quality of their work. Being one of the market leaders means that they are well versed in the industry and have managed to grow their organisation form the small start it was to the national organisation it is today. They are continuing to grow and expand moving forward and are looking for you to lead the charge in the region. Based in Southampton you will be liaising with your peers in Exeter and Bristol sharing best practices and developing the region together.
Your new role
Your new role will be leading the marketing for the Southampton area working with an executive to manage the marketing campaigns. You will be working alongside the sales managers to develop a strategic campaign that you will be creating and implementing. A key aspect of the role will be working with a variety of agencies to make sure that content is delivered on time and to the highest standards keeping within the companies voice and guidelines. All of this will then report into the Sales Director with a dotted line into the Regional Marketing Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will need to be a strategic thinker with a strong campaign background, you will be managing around 15 - 20 developments at once with this time management is of a high importance. With each campaign you will be working with a variety of agencies to complete different aspects of the campaigns, it would then be beneficial to have a history of working with agencies to achieve campaign targets. A working knowledge of Adobe campaigns would be beneficial also but is something that can be developed through out your career.
