IN Recruitment are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for this luxury 4 Star, 2 Rosette Hotel in Cornwall.
As Head of Department, the Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible and accountable for the provision of a first-class and successful service for all food and beverage activities within the hotel.
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for all the staff in department, and will provide leadership, motivation and guidance to enable high levels of commitment and customer service, so ensuring all employees under your control consistently achieve the highest product and hospitality service standards.
Good communication skills, projecting a professional attitude and image whilst dealing with customers, members of the F&B team and liaison with other members of the management team is essential for this position.
The Food & Beverage Manager must have extensive experience in a similar position within the hotel industry, involving a fast paced environment; have a high degree of numeracy enabling immediate understanding and calculation of financial impact of decisions made, with experience of carrying out budget forecasts, and managing a team to produce the required level of service within any agreed budget constraints.
