Digital Fundraising Officer 12 Month initial contract
We are recruiting a digital fundraiser with the creativity and skill to create a suite of digital campaigns and content that will drive up engagement with online fundraising and grow the supporter base at a leading national charity.

The role of Digital Fundraising Officer is a new one for the charity and marks an exciting development in how the Communications and Fundraising teams work together. The Digital Fundraising Officer will support the Fundraising team in the planning, creation, execution and monitoring of digital fundraising activity.
Work collaboratively across teams to produce creative content and engaging digital campaigns.
Provide detailed and useful analytical reports on impact and make recommendations based on this.
Contribute to research on donor and supporter profiles to inform new fundraising acquisition activity.
Maintain and promote fundraising content on charitys social media and email marketing channels.
Manage information on current and future fundraising campaigns and benchmarks their success.
Develop user friendly and accessible digital content for all audiences.
Manage various supporter stewardship journeys with different teams.
Produce accurate web, email and social media analytics reports for stakeholders.
Keep track of fundraising conversions and works closely on reporting with various stakeholders but in particular with the Insight and engagement team.
Oversee and manage online marketing activity such as social ads and Adwords campaigns.
You will be a digital professional who can use their creativity and skill to create a suite of digital campaigns and content that will drive up engagement with fundraising online and grow the supporter base.
You will act as a key link between the Communications team and the Fundraising teams. An understanding of, and interest in, the full range of fundraising disciplines is essential for someone to make a success of this role.
You will need to have knowledge of current trends and experience in digital fundraising tactics in order to advise the Fundraising teams on what digital marketing approaches will deliver the maximum engagement, supporter acquisition and income.
You will need to demonstrate an in-depth digital knowledge and keeps up to date with emerging and new digital technologies, particularly with regards to digital fundraising
You will have knowledge of the online marketing mix and knowledge of website analytics and reporting.
You will understand what makes a successful digital fundraising campaign and have knowledge of emerging digital fundraising trends.
