The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of Branch KPIs and profits, through the management and support of all sales related activities within their branch, including:

  • Growing market share
  • Converting instructions to sales
  • Driving the sales process
  • Maintaining average fees
  • Winning and retaining business and creating raving fans

If you are confident and a results driven individual who can demonstrate exceptional sales, customer service and empathy with people, this could be the role for you.
