My client -My client is a leading, national company of well-known products and services produced in the UK. As part of their customer service and ever expanding sales team they are looking to expand their call centre office and find new customer focused team members for the Inbound Telesales call centre team. The inbound contact centre sales team play a crucial role in my clients continued success and therefore this positon is one of the key roles in the organisation and maintaining a strong and effective team is crucial. This is a genuinely fantastic, supportive environment with many opportunities for progression and for applicants looking to begin a commercial career who have either some sales experience or have not yet worked within an office environment as well as more experienced applicants.

Job Description – My client offers a friendly and professional environment working as part of a large team in an upbeat, vibrant call centre.. The role is B2C sales calls, qualifying data and speaking to decision makers to achieve new business appointments for their external sales team. Customer service is also paramount to this role as there is a large element of account management looking after new and existing customers. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a driven environment. As well as the basic salary there are achievable OTE of £20,000 plus for the top six performers within the team will receive bonuses of anywhere between £300 and £50 each month.

Key responsibilities and objectives;

- Complete assigned inbound and outbound calls generating leads/appointments for a nationwide salesforce.

- Making outbound calls following up warm data interest from the company website and affiliate websites.

- Providing customer service in response to inbound calls from existing customers or new customer enquiries

- Providing high quality customers service at all times

- Meet call targets as assigned by the team leader

- Attend team meetings

- Complete database administration as necessary in accordance with training and company procedures and requirements
