RTA Litigation Fee Earner

The role will involve managing a litigated caseload of RTA litigated matters.
Applications are invited from experienced RTA Fast Track Litigator's capable of dealing with the following areas of Claimant only cases:
- Part 7 Pleadings
- Part 8b Pleadings
- Portal - Stage 3
- Infant Approval Hearings
- Protected Proceedings
Therefore a strong understanding of the Pre-action Protocol for RTA's and the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 will be required.
The firm proactively uses a case management system (proclaim) to improve speed of settlement, MI and manage compliance.
The successful applicant must be client and customer focused, task driven, be highly organised and have a good command of English both spoken and written.
