Business Development Manager
Our client is a market leader in Group Risk Assurance. Due to continued growth, they seek to appoint a Business Development Manager to take on a portfolio of existing Broker clients based across the South of England.
This role will be a classic Business Development Manager / Broker Consultant position, developing productive business relationships, providing technical support and guidance, and oversight on pipeline cases, to encourage use of the company's Group Risk products.
The panel is already established and includes several of the country's best-known EB consultancies with offices across the region, providing plenty of scope for growing business within an already established relationship. There will also be the opportunity to grow new accounts, taking the company's proposition to a wider audience.
This role will suit an ambitious Group Risk specialist, possibly someone from a technical or administration role who is looking for their first move into a client-facing role. Whilst there is a strong framework of support in place, you will be encouraged to make the role your own, and we are seeking someone who will enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role.
Ideally, you will hold the GR1 qualification, but a willingness to work towards this, with financial support, will also be acceptable.
