Telesales Executive

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES-?

-To achieve defined order targets and goals through pro-active telesales contact with existing customers and new businesses. ?

-To ensure customers are fully aware of the full range of products and services that can be provided, along with their business benefits. ?

-To sell the full range of our clients products and services, pro-actively up-selling and cross-selling new products and services to these customers.?

-To work in a manner consistent with the telesales KPIs.

-To comprehensively use the Salesforce Calling Campaigns.

-To ensure all customer details, information and interactions are entered into SalesForce.
