This 3 AA outstanding privately owned country hotel located in Buckinghamshire are now looking to recruit a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join this talented and professional brigade and take the next step in their career. After being extensively refurbished, this charming country hotel now combines modern luxury with classical style, creating a truly elegant and unique venue.

Serving a menu inspired by combining simple and traditional British cuisine with French flavours and cooking methods.

The successful candidate must be dedicated to producing food to their exceptionally high standards.

The duties of the Chef de Partie position will include:

  • Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
  • Monitoring stock
  • Working to a high standard at all times
  • Supporting daily operations

Qualifications/Requirements for this Chef de Partie vacancy:

  • Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
  • Experience working in an AA Rosette establishment
  • Hotel or Restaurant background
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
  • Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
  • COSHH knowledge
