Business Development Exec/Manager

OTE - £100/£120K ++ UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Basic £30,000 to £55,000 (the higher the basic the higher the target)

Location - London

The role is new business, so I am looking for hunters, people that are used to having targets, KPI's, cold calling, able to attend meeting with stakeholder, being able to sell and close on phone and face-to face.

The product you will be selling is Digital - selling, SEO contracts and PPC Campaigns, this is a new desk/position and you will be selling into Finance, Technology and retail from a cold desk is NO LEEDS.

The environment is split between office and field. If you send your CV you must have these skills and WHEN I CALL YOU TO Discuss:

  • Experience
  • Customer base
  • How many SEO contract or PPC Campaigns sold etc.

IF you don't have these skills why would your skills be transferable and how you can hit the ground running this is sales and on average targets are from £20k - 60K and as we all know in this market they must be met!!!

SO, the Ideal candidates will:

  • Have at least 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Ideally have sales experience within SEO or PPC
  • Have an excellent and demonstrable sales record, dealing with blue chip clients would be a distinct advantage although not essential
  • Be commercially aware with an ability to maximize opportunities.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will be articulate with a high standard of written English and presentation skills.
  • Have an ability to manage workload and priorities.
  • Be motivational and inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Be polished, professional and sophisticated.
  • Have the maturity and gravitas to deal with and influence senior decision makers.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Remuneration and package

  • £30 -£55k plus uncapped commission
