We have been given a fantastic opportunity for a team of experienced agents to work at the UK's largest outsourcing company based in the Wath Upon Dearne area.
The availability is to work on behalf of the company’s prestigious client O2 as a Small to Medium Enterprise advisor.
Working in the renewals team, you will be dealing with small to medium businesses that have an existing account with O2. You’ll manage great conversations with the customers whilst demonstrating a passion for the 02 products and services on offer. It will be your job to not only assist them in their upgrade but to also use your personality and knowledge to ensure that the customer is fully informed about the innovative products available.
SMB advisors must be adaptable to change, customer orientated and focused on achieving targets.
The hours of work will total to 37.5 hours per week and can include working during the day, at night, at weekends or on public holidays.
The client requires that you are flexible between the hours of 8:00-21:00 Monday to Friday, 8:00–20:00 Saturday and 8:00-18:00 Sunday. These hours will vary from weekdays to weekends or a mix of the two.
A typical working week consists of 5 working days with 2 days off.
