Sales Manager. Trampoline Park. £20K. Ipswich

A rapidly expanding provider of Trampoline Parks is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead their brand new site in Ipswich. Offering a range of events suitable for toddlers through to adults, including Birthday parties, Stag and Hen Dos, and Corporate events, this organisation have created an innovative way of combining exercise with fun for all.

As Sales Manager, you will be managing a team of 2, setting their daily, weekly, and monthly targets to ensure the sales team contribute a minimum of 23% to the overall park revenue. Utilising your previous B2C sales or telesales experience, the key focus of the role is to be actively selling. Focus on selling parties, fitness programmes, and current offers for the Trampoline Park. There is a large database of existing customers to ensure a number of warm leads, whilst there will also be some B2B sales to encourage corporate events.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
  • An ability to proactively build relationships with local organisations
  • An excellent track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • B2C sales or Telesales/Call Centre experience is preferred
  • A flexibility to work shifts across 7-days a week

For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a brand new site of an expanding Trampoline Park organisation. Basic salary is circa £20K plus a 10% bonus and additional benefits.
