As the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, your duties will include:

- Leading the optimisation and testing strategy for the innovation and continuous improvement of the website and native apps, agreeing and managing the roll out plans and analysis of results.
- Helping to build and manage the Multi Variant Testing and Conversion Optimisation team to support multiple tests on multiple domains, channels and segments to drive additional revenue, engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with the UX and UI teams to develop engaging, functional and innovative site featured to drive conversion, revenue and usage through our customer base.
- Encouraging the adoption of user experience best practise and leading improvements aimed at achieving optimal conversion rates and maximising demand and profit.
- Working strategically with our suppliers and ecommerce teams to develop our roadmap for ongoing improvements to the overall onsite experience and optimisation across devices.
- Working in collaboration with ecommerce development team and IT colleagues to shape and deliver best practice site hierarchy and page / content creation, ensuring that all new site developments adhere to best practice SEO standards.

To be a successful Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

- A graduate or equivalent with strong evidence of marketing expertise, particularly within ecommerce or conversion rate optimisation.
- Be highly digitally literate with a passion for user experience, product conversion, product testing and statistical insight and skilled in the use of digital analytics tools such as google analytics, core metrics etc.
- An inspirational and experienced leader who is able to manage and develop a team.
- Previous experience in leading UX inhouse or agency teams will strive in this role.
- Strong communication skills and plenty of credibility to inspire and influence stakeholders to executive level; bringing them on the optimisation journey and recognising the huge rewards it can deliver.

In return, the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager will receive a salary of £45,000+ per annum.
