Customer Success Manager

The role will involve working with existing clients in order to help them to achieve the best from their investment in the software, whilst achieving your own annual sales targets by the upselling of related products, add ons and services.
You will be the key point of contact for each client and via regular phone calls and visits you will nurture these relationships in order to grow business. Every customer's needs are different and you will be offering a bespoke and truly consultative service to each one, understanding their needs and offering solutions, working with other internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring total customer satisfaction and therefore retention and sales growth.
Sales is a big part of this role, so you will need to be target driven with B2B sales experience and be willing to be out of the office on average 3 days per week visiting clients throughout the UK (a car is essential).
