We are in search of Inbound Sales Advisors to work within our Contact Centre in Loughborough. The purpose of this role is to convert leads driven by marketing activity into sales whist maximising customer delight. To achieve this it is the sales advisors role to explore the needs of the customer, offering a package that meets the customer’s individual requirements, taking into consideration Handset/Network/Tariff/Lifestyle. To approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity and to explore ways to increase sales and value add services such as insurance and accessories.
What would we like to see from you?
- An ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- To be computer literate, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
- Possess the necessary listening and communication skills required to turn an enquiry into an order which is suitable for that of the customer.
- Have an ability to overcome objections
- Sales experience with a proven record of working in a target orientated environment
- A knowledge of mobile phones, mobile networks and / or tariffs.
- Commercial awareness of the mobile phone industry
