As the Presentation Specialist within an Asset/Wealth Management firm you will produce complex presentations using both native and template driven slides. You would be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the marketing and client services literature produced within the financial services industry.

You must be able to work well under pressure and manage several large projects at the same time while under tight deadlines. Ideally you have used marketing automation tools previously.

You will be advanced in PowerPoint ideally on both a Mac and PC with exposure to financial products, investment techniques and strategies would be an advantage as would an understanding of financial and investment data

Your day to day will include the following tasks:

Producing high-quality presentations according to the brand standard within tight deadlines

Developing templates from initial technical design through to implementation

Proofreading all work to ensure that all formats, data and information is accurate and manage quality control for all documents

Maintaining and updating historical archives of all files

Key skills required:

Proven experience of PC and Mac based applications and databases including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and working knowledge of QuarkXPress, Acrobat, Pitstop, Deltagraph, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project,Seismic.

Proven ability to create marketing materials that clearly portray complex information through effective use of charts, graphs, text and graphical elements

Knowledge of financial products, investment techniques and strategies

Ability to quickly master new desktop programs and hardware

Strong communications skills as well as the ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the company

Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills

Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with data
