General Manager Cafe Ritazza / Soho Coffee Bristol Airport

As an General Manager you will be looking after well-known branded coffee outlets Soho Coffee and Caffe Ritazza at the busy fast paced Bristol Airport. General Manager will work closely with and support the Operations Manager in the daily operation of Soho Coffee and Caffe Ritazza and be responsible for delivering operational and financial results and high standards of customer service. You will be responsible for motivating and developing your team, recruiting, training and managing performance, ensuring excellent product quality and that the unit is staffed appropriately for business needs. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing requirements. Trading hours are Caffe Ritazza is 24 hours and Soho Coffee is 2am to 9pm. Given this is hospitality role within an airport environment, flexibility to work shifts, including earlies eg 2am, late nights and weekends, should be a consideration when applying.
To be successful in this General Manager role, you will need: * Experience of successfully managing a high-volume fast paced catering business with a weekly turnover exceeding £30k, ideally this will be from a branded, retail COFFEE or CAFE outlet, food retail knowledge * Commercial awareness with the ability to influence P&L * Examples of how you have managed, motivated and developed team members to deliver customer service and operational standards.
