Your new role
You will work closely with various internal teams including Sales and Customer Services. Day to day duties will include making and receiving a high volume of calls, taking payments over the phone, cash posting/allocation, creation of various reports, resolving queries and working to targets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be working for a company where customer service is paramount so this must be a passion for you too. If you are someone who likes to get involved in streamlining processes and procedures and implementation of the same, this will be very well received. You will need strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and previous experience in collections in a Business to Consumer (B2C) environment is imperative.
