My established and respected Client seeks a competent, solution driven person to oversee all H&S aspects across the business. Working closely with the Senior Management and Production, requiring a forward thinking approach on H&S to maximise safety, yet minimise production downtime.
Assertive, yet diplomatic approach to driving through Health & Safety solutions.
An excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is a MUST have.
3 years, or more H&S Management experience gained from Manufacturing / Production environment is essential
NEBOSH or IOSH Qualified
Train and educate all employees on correct H&S procedures
Conducting and take the lead in all H&S inductions, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations - making / suggesting improvements to existing procedures where necessary.
Liaising with Senior Management regarding all corrective actions and leaning points
Ensuring SAFE working practices at all times within the company
NEBOSH / IOSH qualified
Ability to project manage and prioritise tasks in line with business needs
Be a skilled influencer with a proven project management background
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week and is based on client premises - meaning NO site visits!
