Our client based at this busy 4* property on the Dorset Coast is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a successful hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food and has a fine dining restaurant as well as busy all day bistro serving lighter meals.
* Working on all kitchen sections except Pastry
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef
* Catering for fine dining restaurant, all day bistro and functions
* Already a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef from hotel or restaurant background
* Experience of AA Rosette standards
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £24k
