Experienced Project Quantity Surveyor required by an exciting new design led, innovative developer who are a subsidiary of a larger housing organisation. They have been building homes for over a decade. This developer is starting a new venture and is now diversifying into the private housing sector and with major growth plans over the next five years it's an exciting to time to get on board.

This role would be well suited to an experienced individual who is seeking a new challenge with more autonomy or you may have become bored working for a larger more corporate driven organisation. If you are a driven, motivated individual looking for career development and want to be part of an exciting new venture, then this could be the role for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and Implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting on delegated projects and work packages. Ideally, you will be an experienced Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of financially managing design & build projects up to £30million from a commercial or residential background.
You will need to have experience of managing concrete frame, value engineering and the sequence of the construction process.
