As the UK Payroll Supervisor you will provide ownership of the UK and the updating and validating of their payroll. The primary responsibilities include full service payroll processing for their in-house payroll for their nationwide office. You will manage and evaluate operational processes and procedures, develop recommendations and drive process standardization and improved controls ensuring process effectiveness and efficiencies for payroll.
As a Payroll Supervisor you must be a payroll expert with an ability to think "outside the box" to problem solve for the business. The candidate will excel in the ability to coach and train the other members of payroll department to ensure the highest level of compliance in a best of class payroll environment.
