R3 Resourcing is currently recruiting for an Area Manager for one of the most dynamic and fastest growing fitness brands in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for a proven multi site Area Manager to join a business at a period of huge growth.

The Successful Area Manager will be responsible for 7 facilities across the South and South East, but flexibility to travel across a large geographical area is essential.

We want to recruit an Area Manager who can demonstrate a number of key qualities:
An outgoing and dynamic personality
Three years multi site management experience within the fitness/leisure industry required
Experience and understanding of managing multi site operations
A proven ability to lead, coach and develop people
Knowledge and understanding of managing KPIs within the leisure sector
Experience in managing bottom line financial income
Ability to demonstrate success in all aspects of operations within a business environment
Experience in managing fitness club net member movement

With a strong background managing large facilities, the successful Area Manager will have the desire to set and achieve stretching targets, be able to manage people to help their teams create the initiatives that deliver profitability, and truly unbeatable experiences.

Key Focus as an Area Manager:
As a visible leader, always present in your locations, you will take responsibility for managing all fitness based products and KPIs that influence club performance.
Leading, developing and motivating up to 12 General Managers and their teams across your area.
Ensuring your teams deliver unrivalled member experience, commercial performance and profitability in their businesses.
You will be agile, adaptable and balanced in your approach as a leader and able to prioritise what you put importance to depending upon the needs of the members, your team and the company.
