A Doorman maintains frequent contact with Guests by welcoming them on arrival, assisting with departures, parking Guests' cars as required, overseeing delivery and safe keeping of luggage, and providing others services for all Guests.
·To work within a team to deliver the day to day operational needs of the Hotel
·To meet and exceed guests’ expectations through consistent delivery of service levels in line with brands requirements
To be a point of contact for guests dealing efficiently with any requests
Summary of Duties:
·To welcome and assist guests arriving and leaving the Hotel
·Assisting guests with their luggage
·To facilitate guests’ request for amenities
·To carry out general concierge duties
·To work cross departmentally in accordance with business needs
·Be knowledgeable on external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity
·Have excellent personal presentation and verbal communication and listening skill
·Ensure cleanliness and safety of Hotel entrance.
·Acting as traffic controller to ensure that there is no congestion on the road outside of the hotel
·Helping hail cabs for guests who are leaving.
·Being alert and keeping the entrance safe
