Opus Energy is a well-established business to business energy supplier with current operations in Northampton, Oxford and Cardiff, employing over 850 people across multiple specialisms. In order to support the continued growth of the business we're looking to recruit a Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance function based in Oxford.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will support the month end close down process, statutory reporting and managing the end to end processing of all financial business transactions across accounts payable and accounts receivable. A key responsibility for this role will also be to provide analysis and insight into the various reports produced in order to assist decision making across the business.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in managing finance team with the ability to analyse data and present financial information in a meaningful way. You will have a strong track record in managing, motivating and developing a team; setting and monitoring KPI's.
