Purchase ledger Clerk - 6 month contract - Ashton-Under-Lyne - up to £20k dependant on experience

You will be working for a progressive and quickly expanding leisure chain. This company have experienced phenomenal growth within recent years and have established themselves as a household name.

Your new role
You will be joining the company as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, dealing with a high volume of invoices on a daily basis. You will code and check invoices, work out VAT payments, make payments via BACS or by cheque, check and reconcile supplier statements, file invoices and statements, deal with purchase enquiries and assist with any other ad-hoc duties in and around a busy finance department.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 12 months experience within a similar role. You will be meticulous and accurate in your work, and happy to work within a progressive, dynamic environment.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £20k p.a. dependant upon experience. There is the opportunity for this role to become permanent for the right person.
