Account Executive

Location: York

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum

Overall purpose of the Account Executive role:

To manage the clients experience from start to finish ensuring the client’s objectives are understood. You will liaise with other departments within the business to ensure that the correct product/services are identified, proposed and delivered to the clients successfully whilst enhancing client relationships and managing expectations.

Key Skills required in becoming the Account Executive:

Essential:

  • Ability to fluently write and speak in English as well as one of the following languages; French, German, Dutch, Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Korean, Swedish, Portuguese, Finnish, Danish, Turkish, Norwegian, Japanese, Greek, Romanian, Czech, Arabic, Hungarian, Estonian, Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), Thai, Slovak, Bulgarian ,Vietnamese, Serbian.
  • Proven project management experience: ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills required to manage and develop client relationships;
  • Experience of working as part of a team;
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload under pressure;
  • Ability to recognise obstacles and seek solutions;
  • Interest in digital marketing;
  • Good Microsoft Office Package skills;

Desirable:

  • Ability to fluently write and speak in English as well as one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Japanese, Russian, Hungarian, Arabic, Hebrew, Korean, Czech;
  • Experience in running, managing or working with PPC / SEO / Social Media campaigns and / or web related projects;
  • Customer Service experience;
  • Experience in dealing with international clients / colleagues;
  • The ability to observe situations and solve problems using lateral thinking;

The salary for this post is between £20,000 and £24,000 per annum. The post-holder will be placed on the salary scale according to their experience.
