We are looking for a Lead Generation Marketer / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed to help drive growth. The Lead Generation Marketer / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will also own the acquisition marketing engine to deliver against an aggressive target for a high growth b2b tech company.
Working a stone's throw from Silicon Roundabout, a world class dev team creating an amazing product and ambitious revenue forecasts for this year. The Lead Generation Marketer / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will plan, execute and analyze the demand generation strategy to meet our acquisition and revenue goals using paid, organic, and owned media.
The Performance Bonus for the role will be completely based on the number acquisitions and new business. Avoiding the cliché, the OTE for the role is huge!
The Lead Generation Marketer / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will:
*2-5+ years' growth marketing experience at a high-growth B2B software company
*Email automation and lead nurturing / demand generation experience
*Strong quantitative skills and experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, and Salesforce to analyze a conversion funnel
*Have experience building, analyzing, and optimizing SEM, paid social, and display advertising campaigns
*budget management
*Degree or better from a great university

Candidates for the Lead Generation Marketer / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager role must have:
*Proven experience running and optimising campaigns across paid performance and free channels
*Expert knowledge of growing a B2B customer base
*Strong experience in a start-up environment driving high growth
*A highly analytical mindset, constantly analysing data to improve performance
*A strong focus on testing and data driven decision making, as well as CRO principles
*A creative mind, and be great problem solver
*Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment where you're required to react quickly
