Legal Secretary - Residential Conveyancing
Due to continued growth, they now have a special requirement for a Legal Secretary to join their award-winning Real estate team in the heart of Chelmsford. The role offers a generous basic salary, dependent on experience, plus brilliant benefits.
My client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. You will have appropriate time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively. Effective communication skills are necessary. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years Conveyancing experience and possess a "can do" attitude. Hours of work 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will need to be an experienced Legal Secretary, with previous experience of working within a respected law firm. You should be fully trained in secretarial practice; illustrating excellent efficiency in word-processing and audio-typing, and a demonstrable degree of self-management and initiative. A key responsibility will be to support the Head of Department in the management of secretarial workload, ensuring that the priorities of the department are met.
