A great new opportunity has arisen to work for a very well respected and successful broker based in Manchester.

We are looking for a Telesales Advisor to join the team and further contribute to the already successful business. You’ll enter an extremely friendly business to which a good attitude and performance is rewarded and encouraged, as well as the opportunity to further progress your skills and ultimately your career.

In order to be successful you must have the skills to obtain new business, demonstrate a strong passion for sales and have the ability to close sales whilst maintaining a brilliant level of service.

Your duties will include:

  • Generate sales to existing customers
  • Collate accurate customer information on the internal database
  • Learn about products and offers
  • Keep updated about the insurance market/products.
  • Ensure personal performance is reported to the manager daily
  • Outbound/Inbound calls from customers
  • Prepare sales proposals
  • Liaising with team members to maximise the database potential
  • Action leads from other areas of business

Previous telesales experience is desireable for this role.
